Where is PrimeCare of Novi located?
We are at 39555 W. Ten Mile Road in Novi, Michigan 48375. Primary care is in Suite 302 and urgent care is in Suite 301. Ten Mile road construction is now complete with 2-way traffic restored.
What is the difference between your traditional and concierge care?
Traditional care is your standard primary care experience — preventive visits, sick care, referrals, and chronic disease management. Concierge care is a membership program that gives you same-day access, 24/7 direct physician contact, longer appointments, and proactive health planning for a monthly membership fee.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes — we accept most major insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, Priority Health, Medicare, and more. Concierge membership fees are separate and may be covered by HSA or FSA.
Is urgent care available on weekends?
Yes. PrimeCare Urgent Care is open 7 days a week including weekends with extended hours. It shares the building with our primary care office and your records are connected between both locations.
Do you perform FAA aviation medical exams?
Yes. Drs. Zaid and Shively are FAA-certified Senior Aviation Medical Examiners performing Class I, II, and III physicals. EKG and color vision testing are included in the price. Same-day appointments are often available.
Can I get my I-693 immigration exam here?
Yes. We are USCIS-certified with three civil surgeons on staff. The all-inclusive price is $315 and includes the exam, paperwork, and required labs. Same-week appointments are available.
